7 Clouds managed and lead a team of two in-house staff and two third party providers to upgrade the infrastructure and information systems of Central London Healthcare. This was a £200k project with various challenges including dealing with several stake-holders such as Westminster Clinical Commissioning Group and Westminster Central Support Unit.
Institute for Family Business (UK)
7 Clouds led a team of three developers and system architects in upgrading the database of the Institute for Family Business in the UK to open source CRM ( CIVICRM) and custom building a full event management system with less than £30k budget. The challenge was to fully integrate with Barclay’s bank and develop the system for automated billing. Following completion, the system was used for all future events.
Wandsworth Voluntary Sector Development Agency
We devised and managed an IT implementation strategy for Wandsworth Voluntary Sector Development Agency. The challenge was to use technology to generate unrestricted funds for the Charity by direct commissioning from Wandsworth Clinical Commissioning Group. The result was the design and build of a community directory for a self-help health system that is now used by the local medical profession in Wandsworth.
